This parabolic antenna ensures 19 dBi gain, despite its small, 55 cm dish. There is included 20cm antenna cable with N-socket. The antenna has certificate of compatibility with majority of the popular equipment available on the market.
Iris-1 is a parabolic directional antenna, allowing wireless communication in 2.4 GHz band, designed for creating point-to-point links. Due to its small size, it can be used as a client antenna in distant locations. The antenna's construction allows to change its polarization, just by different way of mounting the radiator.
IRIS-1 is easy to mount, and ensures mechanical stability even in case of strong wind gusts. Good performance of the antenna is the result of thorough manufacturing process and use of quality materials (e.g. UV-proof elements). It is one of the best antennas in this category. High quality of the device has been proved by tests performed by specialized laboratory, and 3 years warranty.
Small radiation angles make the antenna more resistant to interferences from another antennas working at the same frequency.
The antenna has certificate of compliance with popular WLAN devices available on the market, e.g. D-Link and Linksys, issued by specialized laboratory (CLBT/C/326/2003).
Depending on output power of the device used, the certificate determines the kind and minimum length of the cable linked to the antenna (see the table below).
