Megapixel câmara Pixord PL-621E é um modelo profissional de alta resolução (1600 x 1200). A imagem está comprimida, usando o codec H.264, que oferece qualidade de imagem muito boa, com alta taxa de compressão. The camera uses the latest H.264 compression, but also generates a second, MJPEG stream. The H.264 stream enables significant reduction in demand for bandwidth and disk space, whereas the MJPEG stream allows to use the camera in any IP CCTV system.
In comparison with a standard VGA camera, the megapixel PL-621E device provides about six times more pixels. This means that every part of the scene is much more closely monitored, and the image provides a lot of detail that would be lost in the case of a VGA camera.
PL-621E camera also has features such as motion detection which can automatically trigger alarms, two-way audio transmission, digital PTZ (4X). The camera can be powered by PoE (IEEE-802.3af), which eliminates the need for additional wiring.
