The look of the packaging
The ties are made of special, high quality plastic: POLIAMID 6.6 UL 94 V2.
Main features:
- high tenacity strength: 1120 N
- wide temperature range: -40 to +85 deg C
- self-extinguishing material: flame class UL94 V0 or V2
TZ cable ties are used for grouping wires, cables, hoses, conduits etc. They have clippers and toothed profile along the whole length to lock the clamped bundle. This construction does not allow the bundle to loosen.
The design of the ties enables the user to make installation work in quick and safe way. The hooked end makes it easy to clamp and raise elements from the surface. Smooth, rounded edges do not cut hands nor the fastened elements.
The package contains 100 ties which are used in cable installations.
